At Neti Aarohan Nepal, our work is rooted in the understanding that people’s lives are shaped by interconnected systems: health, food, education, social norms, and rights. We work across thematic areas that support holistic, ethical, and sustainable change in Nepal.
Our thematic work is grounded in contextual understanding of Nepal’s social, cultural, geographic, and economic diversity, ethical and evidence-informed practice, and sensitivity to stigma, inequality, and vulnerability.
Health and Life Sciences: We strengthen holistic health and mental well-being through community-based programs, provider capacity-building, training, and evidence-driven interventions that improve access, quality of care, and measurable outcomes.
Agriculture and Food Security: We support sustainable agriculture, climate-resilient farming, improved nutrition, and resilient local food systems so vulnerable households can build stability and long-term resilience.
Education for a Better Future: We support inclusive, equitable education through teacher support, community engagement, learning resources, and systems that improve access, retention, and learning outcomes.
Stigma and Society: We address stigma as a structural and cultural issue through research, dialogue, policy support, and practical inclusion work that promotes dignity and participation.
Human Rights: We integrate rights-based approaches across programs so equity, accountability, and ethical practice remain central to development work and public systems.
